Kia’s ‘The Voice Soul’ is dedicated to NBC’s The Voice, a show that inspires many talented people to sing their hearts out and bare their souls through music.

This modified Soul represents the sheer talent needed to perform in front of a live audience and millions at home. Key design highlights include a bright red airbrushed “The Voice” logo on the sides, an “I Want You” graphic illuminated in the lower grille, LED puddle projectors, and color-matching 20-inch three-piece Niche Scope wheels wrapped in Falken tires.

The interior is highlighted by four replicated coaches’ chairs decked out in red leather, black suede and red stitching. A red button on top of the dash lets you control the “I Want You” logo.

To help you become a better singer, there is also a built-in karaoke-like system that consists of an iPad 2 Mini connected to a 40-inch LED TV, a pre-loaded The Voice app, a wireless microphone, and Rockford Fosgate speakers.

The Voice Soul is just one of five music-inspired Kia Soul concepts to debut at the 2013 SEMA Show. You can check out the rest by clicking here.

The British automaker celebrates its centianial with an excellent demonstration of extravagance.

Bentley turned 100 years old in 2019, and as part of it’s birthday celebration, unveiled a stunning electric car concept that looks to the future.

The EXP 100 GT concept is a vision of a Grand Tourer for 2035. It rides on an all-electric platform, provides a choice between fully autonomous operation and human-piloted driving, and features a flexible interior with three different seating configurations.

At 19-feet long and 7.8-feet wide, and with a curb weight of 4,188 pounds (1890 kg), the EXP 100 GT is a very large coupe with great visual presence. Designers blended proportions of Bentley’s historic grand tourers and futuristic elements to craft a GT car “for the world of 2035.” You will definitely notice the massive illuminated grille (it’s comprised of 6,000 LEDs) and round, beveled headlights.

The interior is flush with sustainable yet luxurious materials such as 5,000-year-old copper-infused riverwood, British farmed wool carpets, and embroidered cotton surfaces.

Power for the EXP 100 GT comes from four electric motors that can easily accelerate its large heft from 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in less than 2.5 seconds on route to a top speed of 186 mph (299 km/h). The battery pack delivers an estimated driving range of 435 miles (700 km) and can be recharged up to 80 percent capacity in only 15 minutes.

Since the EXP 100 GT is a vision of the future, autonomous driving technology is a centerpiece of it’s design. Drivers will have five self driving modes to choose from: Enhance, Cocoon, Capture, Re-Live and Customize.

“The Bentley EXP 100 GT represents the kind of cars we want to make in the future,” stated Stefan Sielaff, Director of Design. “Like those iconic Bentleys of the past, this car connects with its passengers’ emotions and helps them experience and safeguard the memories of the really extraordinary journeys they take.”

Here’s A BMW X7 Pickup Truck You Can’t Have

BMW X7 pickup truck

It’s not April 1, so no jokes here. This car is very real, but you can’t buy one.

BMW has transformed its biggest SUV into a pickup truck, and it’s pretty cool.

Developed by BMW Group vocational trainees in cooperation with the Concept Vehicle Construction and Model Technology divisions at BMW’s Munich plant, the BMW X7 Pickup is a one-off concept that can carry five passengers and an F 850 GS motorcycle. The roof panel, rear door skins, and tailgate are made from carbon fiber to minimize weight, trimming 440 pounds off the X7 SUV’s weight despite being a four inches longer.

The truck bed is finished in fine-polished wood finish, while a height-adjustable two-level air suspension makes it easier to get things into it.

There are no mechanical changes. Power is provided by a 3.0-liter straight-six engine that has been turbocharged to produce 340 horsepower, with an eight-speed automatic transmission driving the four wheels. BMW didn’t publish towing capacity, or revealed the effect the pickup conversion has on performance.

The BMW X7 truck concept looks production-ready and could be an interesting addition to the BMW lineup, but the German automaker stresses it has no plans to build it. What a shame.

BMW Vision M Concept Is A Stunning And Futuristic M1

BMW Vision M Next Concept hybrid supercar

Does this concept preview a more-powerful i8 successor or even a supercar wearing the M1 badge?

BMW has unveiled the BMW Vision M Next concept, a design study that could do the iconic M1 some serious justice, though it also looks like a next-generation i8. Like modern concept cars, it is an electrified vehicle with autonomous tech.

More specifically, the Vision M Next concept is powered by a rear-mounted turbocharged four-cylinder engine and two electric motors — one on each axle — that generate a combined output of 600 horsepower, enough power for a 0-62 mph (100 km/h) acceleration time of 3.0 seconds and a top speed of 186 mph (299 km/h).

The electric drivetrain is also capable enough to let the Vision M Next travel up to 62 miles (100 km) without the gas engine.

In keeping up with the Jones, the BMW Vision M Next concept features autonomous driving capability for when you have places to go but just don’t feel like driving all that much. It can also park itself after reaching your destination.

Depending on who you ask, the futuristic exterior looks like a sci-fi M1 (it gives of strong TRON vibes) or a more angular i8 with unique color blocking at both ends. The front and rear portions are finished in a matte neon Thrilling Orange paint job that pop against the rest of the exterior’s silk-matte Cast Silver metallic paintwork, while the front rims have a traditional silver-and-black two-tone finish and the rear sets boast Thrilling Orange inserts that match the body.

The interior is just as radical as the exterior and is accessed via gullwing doors that can be opened and closed with a mere glance thanks to a facial recognition system. The cockpit features a sleek digital dashboard, a curved glass center display, and an augmented reality head-up display.

BMW says the Vision M Next “provides a glimpse into the future of sporty driving” but didn’t announce any production plans. Would you like to see it go from concept to reality? Let us know in the comments below.
